Safe, Supported, and Connected
I help adults experiencing trauma-related dissociation and DID to feel safe enough in their mind and body to reclaim the lost and disowned parts of themselves- so that you can stop hiding, show up fully in your life, and experience authentic connection with others. Having worked with many DID clients, I can serve as a guide and resource for making life with DID more manageable, so that you can get on with living while we work together on healing.
You will learn how to improve communication and cooperation within your system so that there is less involuntary switching, missing time/information, disorientation and confusion. You will learn the skills to ground in safety when you need to, stay fully present when you want to, and deepen your relationship with yourself and others so that you can create a life that is worth the trouble of living with DID.
You can learn to hold your story with tenderness rather than terror. You can bring all your pieces together to create a whole beautiful life, beyond trauma and recovery, that is shaped more by love than fear.
If you've read this far, it's probably time to reach out.
